 Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Yes, we eat pork.  I realize many do not…and we do not eat it often, but when it’s prepared right, oh, it can be so yummy!  One of my favorite (special meals) is Rosemary Pork Tenderloin…..and if you remember last week’s post about Baked Salmon, I like to keep things Simple…

So, this week, I am sharing my simple Rosemary Pork Tenderloin cooked in a Slow Cooker
.

Ingredients

 Directions

  • Warm some water (maybe one or two inches) in your Slow Cooker
    and add your red cooking wine (one or two cups)
  • Coat your Tenderloin with Rosemary
  • Place your tenderloin (carefully) into the slow cooker (you can even sprinkle a little more rosemary on it, if you would like.)
  • Let it cook (ON LOW) all day

Serve Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with

  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Fresh Salad

Will my children eat Pork Tenderloin?

I’m sure any child will eat this yummy dish.  The meat is very tender when cooked all day.  The flavor of the cooking wine and the rosemary mixed together gives it a delicate taste that they will gobble down…

  1. My husband cooks a delicious pork tenderloin in the crock pot. I think he puts italian dressing on it. Needless to say, we eat pork too. :)

  2. We have never had or tried pork tenderloin. I keep seeing recipes for it. I should really try this sometime! Especially in the slow cooker. How hard could that be? =}

  3. Sounds delicious!! Thank you for sharing at Happy Family Times!
