Rosemary Pork Tenderloin
Yes, we eat pork. I realize many do not…and we do not eat it often, but when it’s prepared right, oh, it can be so yummy! One of my favorite (special meals) is Rosemary Pork Tenderloin…..and if you remember last week’s post about Baked Salmon, I like to keep things Simple…
So, this week, I am sharing my simple Rosemary Pork Tenderloin cooked in a Slow Cooker
- Warm some water (maybe one or two inches) in your Slow Cooker
and add your red cooking wine (one or two cups)
- Coat your Tenderloin with Rosemary
- Place your tenderloin (carefully) into the slow cooker (you can even sprinkle a little more rosemary on it, if you would like.)
- Let it cook (ON LOW) all day
Serve Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with
- Mashed Potatoes
- Fresh Salad
